Out of my Mind

Hey guys!! This book, Out of My mind by Sharon Draper is amazing!!! It was probably hard to write this book because the main Character, Melody Brooks has Cerebral Palsy witch means that she cannot walk or talk or hold things. She is a very smart girl though. Many people along the way are mean to her and don't understand that she can hear. She is screaming with knowledge and wishes to talk. There is one character in the book named Mrs. V. She will always have a special place in my heart. Mrs. V doesn't treat Melody like a baby. She knows Melody is bright and is by her through thick and thin. Melody proves she is smart but something happens to Melody that will make her very sad. Everyone who is a teacher or about to be a teacher should read this. This is Liv with the twist.
